Lanes Serviced Apartments is a new division to the established and respected Lanes Estate Agents that was founded in 1991. The company and staff are highly focused with an ethos to concentrate on quality business, corporate clients and consequently professional lettings that has become renowned and respected throughout the industry.

Who we are:

TIM MILLS (M.D.) has been in estate agency since 1985 in the M.K. area, starting his career as a negotiator at Connells and leaving in 1991 as a Board of Management Partner. Then at General Accident Property Services (now Your Move ) he started up the rentals for the Milton Keynes area and left in 1998 to set up Lanes Rentals with a vision of quality & honesty.

DAVID BURCHELL (Director) joined the company in 2005 having come from the Leisure Industry with a highly corporate training background and staff motivational skills, and was involved in the restructuring of the organisation to focus on quality residential lettings.

Within a two year period Lanes Rentals has increased it’s portfolio by 300 managed properties through the acquisition of two local rental companies and taking the company well on it’s way to manage a 1000+ property portfolio, invested in management software and updated systems and doubled it’s employees to meet the increased demand and workload.
Lanes Rentals have been leading the market place with innovation and a ‘get ahead’ approach and were among the first letting agents in M.K.
